Veteran Actor Kuntu of Akan Drama Fame Commits Suicide

Mr. Daniel Yeboah, popularly known as Kuntu Blankson of the Adehye Drama fame has allegedly committed suicide this morning (Thursday) at his residence in Brafoyaw a suburb of the Abura Asebu kwamankese district in the central region.

Report say the former laboratory technician with the University of Cape Coast Hospital, according to sources woke up at dawn and allegedly committed the act.
According to eye witness he was fit, and with no indication that he had a problem
"We saw him Sunday with the wife going to church together and even saw him yesterday morning going for his regular jogging, so we find this as a shock to us". Just this morning we heard a noise from his house around 6:30 am and when we got there we found him hanging on a rope in his kitchen", madam Gifty told Peace FM Central Regional correspondent, Sally Ngissah.
Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department of the police service have since arrived at the scene to carry out further investigation and convey the body to the morgue for autopsy.
Late Kunku left behind a wife and 2 children.
He was 63.
