Mampong Chief Warns Rosemond Brown To Stop Using 'Akuapem Polo'

The Apesemakahene of Mampong Akwapim, Nana Yirenkyi I has warned 'Akuapem Polo' to desist from using the name "Akuapem" if she continues in her 'nude and dirty' lifestyle.According to Nana Yirenkyi  I,  'Akuapem Polo' is not a native of the Akuapem land and has asked her to turn over a new leaf if she wants to maintain her name. Nana Yirenkyi I was reacting to 'Akuapem Polo’s' recent semi-nude photoshoot on Valentine's Day on Thursday, February 14, 2019. He stated that 'Akuapem Polo' is a disgrace to herself, family and the society, and will therefore not allow her to destroy the image of Akuapeman. “Everyone knows how we Akuapem are . . .We are decent . . .And for her to call herself 'Akuapem Polo' to be living such a life is a total disaster and bad for our young ones to emulate. We want people who will be role models for our youth but not those who will go naked in public,” he stressed. “This is her last warning . . . We don’t know her to be coming from here . . . Which part of Akuapem is she from?,” he questioned, threatening to resort to a legal action against her if she continues in her 'dirty' lifestyle, he stressed.
