Lekzy DeComic – Ghana’s ‘cutest’ comedian, is set to bring to Ghanaians the second edition of his annual comedy special - Too Cute To Be Mute Chapter 2.
Having successfully
held the first edition last year at the Snap Cinemas, Chapter 2 of Too Cute To
Be Mute promises to be bigger and very entertaining as organisers line up the
crème-de la-crème of Ghana’s best comedians and musicians.
Performing on
the night will be fellow comedian and co-host of the Half Serious Show – OB
Amponsah, comic actors Clemento Suarez and Jeneral Ntatia. Also making an
international appearance will be Simy from Kenya.
The biggest
surprise of the night will be the return to the stage after 11 years, Benson
Nana Yaw Oduro popularly known as Funny Face.
This Year
hitmaker, Mr. Drew, is expected to electrify the stage with his performance as
he is known to do every time.
Lekzy DeComic,
since his inception into the industry 8 years ago, has performed across the
breadth and length of the country. Until his recent exit from Dreamline
Entertainment, he was the headline act of Ghana’s popular monthly comedy show –
Laughline and has since been a headline act on most comedy nights earning him several
nominations and awards in Ghana. Currently a co-host of The Half Serious Show
on GhOne, Lekzy DeComic has become much popular as an impressionist and this is
what he promises to bring Ghanaians as he says, “I will be on the stage alone
but many characters shall join me.”
